Services

Services built around the person

Every offering begins with a conversation about goals, schedule, and community. Below is how we typically partner with waiver participants and their teams.

01

Supported Living

Assistance with daily tasks in the home environment, promoting independence and comfort.

We help individuals maintain routines that matter to them—meal preparation, household tasks, hygiene support, and safety—while honoring choice in how and when support happens. Plans are written with the person and their natural supports, not for them.

Community Integration

Support for accessing community spaces, activities, and social opportunities that align with client interests.

Meaningful days look different for everyone. Staff may accompany individuals to recreation, volunteering, shopping, or visits with friends—with transportation and coaching aligned to personal preferences and HCBS settings principles.

Skills Development

Goal-oriented programming to build life skills, employment readiness, and self-determination.

Whether the focus is budgeting, cooking, digital literacy, employment exploration, or self-advocacy, we break goals into practical steps. Progress is tracked in partnership with case managers and families when the individual wants them involved.

Waivers & coordination

Many individuals access our services through Kansas HCBS waivers. We work with MCO care coordinators, case managers, and families to align authorizations, ISP goals, and documentation. Not sure where to start? Use Contact / Referral and we will help route the conversation—no clinical details required in the first message.
