Servants Mission Inc. (“Servants Mission,” “we,” “our”) operates this website at servantsmission.net. This policy describes what information this site collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
This website is an informational and intake-routing resource only. It does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Clinical documentation and care records are managed through our secure clinical platform, separate from this website.
When you submit a message through the contact or referral form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), organization name (if provided), inquiry type, and the message you write. This information is transmitted via Resend, a transactional email service, directly to our team’s inbox. It is not stored in any database by this website.
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate, anonymized page view and performance data. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sessions, and does not share data with advertising networks. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected through analytics.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) retains standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) as part of normal infrastructure operations. These logs are retained per Vercel’s own data retention policies and are used solely for security and performance monitoring.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Standard session and infrastructure cookies may be set by the hosting platform (Vercel) as part of normal CDN and security operations. These are not used to identify or track individual visitors.

Clinical intake documentation will be handled through our secure platform after initial contact is established.
