Goal-oriented programming to build life skills, employment readiness, and self-determination.

How we deliver it

Whether the focus is budgeting, cooking, digital literacy, employment exploration, or self-advocacy, we break goals into practical steps. Progress is tracked in partnership with case managers and families when the individual wants them involved.

What this includes

Life skills: budgeting, cooking, and household management
Employment readiness and vocational exploration
Digital literacy and communication skills
Self-advocacy training with ISP-aligned progress tracking

Funding & eligibility

Many individuals access this service through Kansas Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers. We work directly with Managed Care Organization (MCO) care coordinators and case managers to align authorizations, Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals, and documentation requirements.
