Accessibility & Non-Discrimination

Our Commitment

Servants Mission Inc. is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Accessibility is not a checkbox — it is a reflection of the same values that guide our direct support work. We believe every person deserves equal access to information, regardless of how they interact with technology.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure for accurate screen reader navigation.
  • ARIA labels and roles on all interactive elements (forms, navigation, buttons).
  • Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Full keyboard navigability — no mouse required to use any feature.
  • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images.
  • Form error messages surfaced via role="alert" so assistive technologies announce them immediately.
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements.

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve accessibility across all pages. If you encounter a barrier, please report it using the contact information below — we treat accessibility issues as high-priority bugs.
